Client is a luxury pool developer in Southern California, known for crafting high-end, custom pools that transform outdoor living. As we expand our territory and scale operations, we're building out our technology team to ensure our internal systems and client-facing experiences are just as seamless as the pools we design.

We're seeking an IT & Web Development Integrations Specialist to help us connect and automate the platforms that drive our business forward. The main focus of this role will be automation and API integrations across CRMs, financial systems, ad channels, and internal infrastructure—ensuring data flows smoothly, processes stay efficient, and growth remains scalable.

Responsibilities:

Automations & API Integrations (Main Focus):
  • Design, build, and manage integrations between CRMs, QuickBooks, , Google Workspace, and internal systems.
  • Create automation workflows using Zapier (and similar platforms) to streamline business operations.
  • Ensure accurate data syncing across sales, finance, marketing, and project delivery platforms.

Web & Data Solutions:
  • Develop tools and dashboards that unify data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
  • Maintain secure, efficient processes for reporting and analytics.
Ad Channel & Marketing Tech:
  • Integrate digital ad platforms (Google PPC, Meta Ads) with CRM and analytics pipelines.
  • Support tracking and automation for lead generation campaigns.
Infrastructure & Systems:
  • Oversee self-hosted servers and connections to cloud services.
  • Provide ongoing IT and systems support as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements Core Technical Skills:
  • Expertise with API integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.), and web development (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, , and Google Workspace integrations.
  • Familiarity with digital ad channels (Google, Meta) and marketing attribution tools.
  • Knowledge of server environments (Linux/Windows).

  • Familiarity with financial tech integrations and marketing data pipelines.
