Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record and maintain financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process and reconcile financial documents, like invoices and bank statements.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Perform tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Organize, store, and retrieve documents, records, and files.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
Ensure compliance with filing procedures and regulations.
Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
Familiar with Quickbooks.
KEY SKILLS:
Basic accounting knowledge and skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents.
Basic knowledge of filing systems and procedures.
Physical stamina for handling and storing files (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
