Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00- 3:00 PM EST flexible part time, 20 hrs a week​

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams with daily administrative tasks, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where creativity and initiative are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Participate in sales meetings, vendor management activities, and special projects as assigned.
  • Support customer inquiries, follow-ups, and overall customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Conduct outreach to top prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Help organize sales events, promotional activities, and related logistics.

Marketing Support

  • Use prospecting tools to research and identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including videos, email campaigns, presentations, and social media content.
  • Update and create website pages and blog posts using basic SEO practices, including meta tags and meta descriptions.
  • Contribute to basic content creation and graphic design tasks

Administrative & Content Management

  • Maintain accurate records of saes and marketing activities.
  • Assist with email marketing, campaign setup, and general marketing coordination.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
Requirements
  • Proficiency or experience with sales and marketing software tools such as:
  • HubSpot, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and website editing tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Coursework or college background in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Familiarity with outside sales, direct sales, cold calling, or technology sales.
