What You'll Do in This Role
As HR Operations Team Lead, you oversee employee data accuracy, manage HR transactions, and lead a team of Data Management Specialists. You ensure data integrity, support compliance, and drive process improvements that empower global HR decisions and workforce excellence.

Your Expertise in Action
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of HR Operations or HR Data Management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
- Experience with HRIS or HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Sprout, or internal HCM tools)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
What You'll Do
Team Leadership and Work Allocation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Management Specialists to ensure consistent and high-quality output
- Assign and monitor daily transaction workloads (PANF, regularization, updates, redeployment, etc.)
- Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and regular coaching sessions
- Ensure adequate team coverage during peak cycles and payroll periods
Data Maintenance and Transaction Processing
- Oversee end-to-end processing of employee data updates in the HRIS/HCM and internal systems
- Ensure accuracy of employee demographic data, job data, compensation details, organizational assignments, and employee status changes
- Validate that all data entries follow established authorization and approval workflows
- Drive zero-error standards in payroll cut-off data submissions
Reporting and Data Quality Assurance
- Review and validate workforce dashboards and recurring HR reports (headcount, movements, attrition, masterlist, etc.)
- Perform periodic data audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies, data integrity issues, and cross-system mismatches
Stakeholder Coordination and Escalation Handling
- Serve as primary escalation point for data-related concerns raised by PBPs, Payroll, Service Delivery, etc.
- Coordinate with IT/HRIS for technical fixes, system enhancements, or workflow updates
- Support internal and external audits with required data summaries and documentation
Process Improvement and Governance
- Identify root causes of recurring data or processing issues and lead corrective/preventive actions
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Participate in or lead testing for HRIS enhancements, migrations, and process automation initiatives
