Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    , from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating job offers.
  • Handle
    client communications
    to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Conduct
    salary negotiations
    and prepare
    employment contracts
    and offer letters.
  • Maintain a
    talent pipeline
    and ensure a smooth and positive
    candidate experience
    .
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

HR Operations

  • Develop, review, and implement
    company policies
    in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Maintain and organize
    employee 201 files
    and ensure accurate and confidential recordkeeping.
  • Plan and execute
    employee engagement programs
    and HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
  • Assist in performance management and HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration
    , or any related field.
  • At least
    2–4 years of solid experience
    in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong background in
    client-facing communication
    and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledgeable in
    Philippine Labor Laws
    and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
