What You'll Do

Be part of our team as an HR Operations Team Lead and take charge of offboarding processes for a global organization. You'll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance and accuracy, and collaborate with international stakeholders to provide a professional and seamless transition experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 8 years of HR Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in Shared Services / BPO environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor standards related to separation, clearance, and final pay
  • Experience handling high-volume transactional HR operations
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRIS/HR ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Offboarding Specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Assign workload, monitor daily transactions, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and capability development of team members
  • Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with People Business Partners, Operations, Payroll, IT, Admin, and Legal to ensure smooth handoffs and timely completion of offboarding tasks
  • Communicate timelines, requirements, and case progress to stakeholders and leaders
  • Attend alignment meetings and operational coordination discussions as needed
  • Compliance, Risk Management, and Controls
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, data privacy standards, and internal policies
  • Oversee proper documentation, audit readiness, and secure record management
  • Identify operational risks such as pending receivables and unreturned assets and drive mitigation actions
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings or recurring issues
  • Continuous Improvement and Reporting
  • Review trends in offboarding volume, SLA adherence, and employee feedback to identify process gap
  • Recommend and lead process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow optimization
  • Prepare dashboards, monthly scorecards, and leadership reports on team performance, volume, and risk metrics
