Job Description

This exciting full-time opportunity allows you to become the backbone of HR operations for a growing Australian mining services company, where you'll leverage your Zoho expertise to streamline critical business processes while making a real impact on operational efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing administration, all while contributing to the company's digital marketing efforts. This role offers the perfect blend of traditional HR administration with modern technology platforms, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants to work with cutting-edge systems, and desires to support Australia's vital mining industry. You'll be working directly with company leadership in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will be immediately visible and valued.

Responsibilities
  • Master all Zoho platform operations including invoice processing, timesheet generation, and purchase order management
  • Handle comprehensive accounts payable processes, bills, and receipts through integrated systems
  • Lead employee onboarding initiatives including site access forms, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements for mining companies and organizations
  • Coordinate and schedule medical assessments required for mining industry professionals
  • Manage employment contract processes with user-friendly electronic signature systems designed for candidates with varying literacy levels
  • Process payroll operations and generate accurate timesheets for field workers
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements on Jora and other leading recruitment platforms
  • Execute engaging digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Facebook to attract top talent
  • Provide professional phone communication with candidates, employees, and client companies
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements through streamlined administrative processes

Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Zoho platform operations (essential requirement)
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Proven experience in HR administration and coordination roles
  • Strong phone communication abilities with professional demeanor
  • Female candidates preferred for this position
  • Experience with electronic document signing processes and digital workflows
  • Familiarity with Australian recruitment platforms, particularly Jora
  • Social media marketing experience across LinkedIn and Facebook platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of mining industry requirements and compliance standards preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfortable working Western Australia business hours to align with team operations
