Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the store's operational standards by providing support to both the Front Desk Officer and Utility Staff

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Upholds the standards of the store
  • Assists the Utility Staff in cleaning and maintenance tasks in the branch
  • Provides quality customer relations to clients
  • Ensures proper handling of all transactions when assigned at the reception area during break schedule of the Front Desk Officer or Branch Manager
  • Handles transmittal of documents, supplies, tools/equipment efficiently, to and from the assigned branch in the absence of the Utility Staff
  • Ensures safety and security of cash endorsed by Branch Manager or Front Desk Officer due for bank deposit as per schedule in the absence of the Utility Staff
  • Works with other Front Desk Officer and Utility Staff in establishing and implementing operational systems

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any four-year course ,at least college level or highschool graduate with work experience in cashiering or customer oriented
  • Cashiering and Receptionist background is an advantage
  • Experience in salon, barbershop or any customer-oriented establishment is an advantage
  • Pleasing personality with focus on excellence in customer service
  • Self-starter with excellent in written, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
