About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team at LRI Chroma Asia Inc' in General Trias City Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients in the local market. Your primary focus will be on identifying and converting new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively prospect and identify new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage potential customers and convert them into paying clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their continued satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to generate new leads
  • Accurately track and report on your sales pipeline and activity to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs to identify new opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify new sales leads, as well as close deals effectively
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets
  • With experience in a PEZA located company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Possesses a valid driver's license (required)
