Accounting Asisstant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Payable monitoring based on Sales Invoices from Suppliers
• Preparation of Check Vouchers of Supplier Invoices that are due for payment.
• Replenishment of revolving fund and all payables that need to be prepared.
• Collaborate with other Departments if necessary, in the validation of expenses incurred in each Department's Petty Cash fund replenishment of other related expenses
• Entry in the BDO Online Banking System all the approved check vouchers for Check Request preparation
• Prepares Manager's Check request for Monthly SSS payments
• Make journal entries to the Books of Accounts all the check vouchers prepared during the period.
• Witness the Cash Count of Cashiers Fund
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of work experience
• College Graduate
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
