Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Dasmarinas. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the outsourcing or virtual staffing industry is a plus
