Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate team in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a good eye for design, and basic proficiency in Canva to create marketing materials that engage prospects and promote properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for real estate projects
  • Create visually appealing flyers, brochures, social media posts, and other marketing materials using Canva
  • Coordinate property listing updates across online platforms (e.g., website, Facebook, real estate portals)
  • Support open house events, tripping schedules, and other sales activities by providing promotional collateral
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and social media engagement
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting across digital channels
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and market trends
  • Assist with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and CRM data updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred (but not required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Canva is required
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate marketing field
