1. Employee Wellness and Recreation

  • Conceptualize and propose guidelines for activities that promote health, engagement, and a family-oriented work environment (e.g., monthly celebrations, sports festivals, outings, seminars, and social responsibility activities).
  • Collaborate with employee representatives to gather feedback and form working committees to organize events.
  • Lead the planning and execution of approved activities, including theme, program, venue, logistics, and budget.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future wellness initiatives.

2. Implementation of the Employee Code of Conduct

  • Conduct site visits and employee consultations to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and proper enforcement of disciplinary actions.
  • Provide expert advice on interpreting policies, addressing offenses, and applying progressive discipline procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into reported cases and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Maintain accurate disciplinary action (DA) documentation and ensure proper 201 filing.
  • Deliver training sessions on managing conduct, performance, and dispute resolution.

3. Labor Relations

  • Prepare studies and reviews related to collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and labor-related proposals.
  • Represent the company in coordination with legal counsel during hearings and legal cases (e.g., third-party claims).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CBA provisions.
  • Participate in union meetings, providing management perspective on issues related to company policies and practices (CPR).
