Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to lead our People Technologies and Digital Experience initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in HR technologies, digital solutions, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our people digital workplace tools. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement web and mobile initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

About the Role

The Digital Employee Experience Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization's digital landscape. They will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing digital solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the development and deployment of new technologies and systems to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with business goals and employee needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technologies, project management, and digital solutions. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, engineering, systems). An MBA or Master's degree in a related field would be advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience leading HR Service Delivery Centers, HRSC or Centers of Excellence.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives, strategies, and projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
