QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 5 years of related management experience or training in B2B Account management.

  • Exposure to Logistics/Warehousing/Distribution/Construction sectors is a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills. Strong negotiator.
  • Tried and tested selling skills - prospecting & lead generation, value proposition and costing, negotiation & closing, account management, and nurturing business relationships.
  • A team player, and will be a playing coach. The candidate will be handling his/her own key accounts.

  • Willing to travel, with a valid driver's license.

  • A go-getter, able to demonstrate a sense of urgency to accomplish targets.
  • Able to show leadership and command the team towards success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Mentors, manages, and drives the company's sales team towards achieving their sales targets and KPIs.

2) Solicits feedback on products and services and relays information to superior for input on product development - annual performance survey for TAWI/Quadsys and end of project survey for Easyhomes;

3) Makes recommendations on product improvements based on the feedback of clients;

4) Prepares sales forecast based on reliable assumptions;

5) Prepares budget for the marketing and sales department, monitors consumption vs. budget;

6) Designs and executes market analysis and intelligence gathering to determine market trends, competitive analysis, changing demands, and requirements of the target market.

7) Leads and supervises new product launches;

8) Prepares feasibility studies and facilitates new products' market testing

9) Leads staff in account management, development of sales/ marketing strategies, and marketing paraphernalia.

10) Aggressively coordinates with other departments all client concerns and deliverables towards achieving the service level agreements.
