Job Description
As an Administrative and Reporting Specialist, you will manage recurring reports, support administrative tasks, prepare documentation, and coordinate with US and PH teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency across all deliverables.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid shift, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT, Weekends Off
Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, reporting, or accounting support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with data formatting and basic formulas required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with PH and US teams.
What We're Looking For:
- This person should be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with both the PH and US-based teams.
Your Daily Tasks
- Take over recurring reporting tasks currently handled by other team members to improve efficiency and free up bandwidth across teams.
- Prepare and update recurring reports and data files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
- Support the accounting team in preparing payroll variance reports and other reporting requirements as assigned.
- Complete and process forms such as banking information requests, vendor credit applications, and similar documents for initial preparation and submission to the US team for validation.
- Support the accounting team with recurring reports and other reporting requirements as needed.
- Maintain organized records of completed reports, submitted forms, and related communications.
- Coordinate with both US and PH teams to clarify details, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative and reporting processes.
