As a Business Intelligence Specialist you'll be responsible for leading the BI service delivery to allocated Client accounts. In addition, you'll have a chance to oversees the extraction of data from various databases to provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for operational and strategic stakeholder initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION

• High reporting portfolio utilization - keeps reports and reporting suites up to date
  
  and fit for purpose.
• Owns delivery of aspects of key continuous improvement or innovation projects
  
  and engages with the Continuous Improvement Team where applicable.

OPERATIONS

• Delivers timely and accurate reporting of moderate to high complexity - Produces
  
  reports, dashboards, and visualizations in line with AMS Best Practice, AMS and
  
  client policies and procedures, and the Data Playbook.
• I&I impact reporting - supports the creation and maintenance of the I&I impact
  
  reports, tracking outputs or outcomes from I&I hub delivery directly linked to client
  
  operational data and/or SLAs.

CLIENT / STAKEHOLDERS

• Reporting utilization - monitors and ensures high reporting utilization.
• Regularly assesses and updates the reporting suite to ensure relevance and
  
  alignment with business needs.
• Clearly communicates timelines and acts to resolve any issues that may affect
  
  report delivery proactively, seeking support from line manager or more senior
  
  members of the team as necessary.
• Acts on feedback from CSAT scores to continuously improve reporting and meet or
  
  exceed stakeholder expectations.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Demonstratable understanding of I&I Services, Data Literacy, Talent Acquisition and
  
  RPO, including subject matter expertise in I&I Tools & Technology and understanding of their use cases and deployment
• Quality Assurance in Data Processes - demonstrated experience in quality assurance, particularly in data-related processes, including data mining, analysis, reporting and
  
  insights generation. Proven ability to establish and document QA standards and testing protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in data outputs
• Data Governance and Compliance - experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance, with the ability to align data practices to organizational and industry standards. Familiarity with data privacy, security and data handling
  
  regulations.
• Audit and Process Improvement – proven experience in conducting compliance audits and implementing process improvements to enhance data quality and governance.
• Skilled in identifying gaps, documenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deploy action plans.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail, able to identify inconsistencies, trends and insights in complex data sets.
