Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle and organize documents, reports, and records.
- Assist in procurement, inventory, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
