TREAT players have earned over 20,000,000+ treats, meals, and medical items for shelter animals. Our vision is to impact millions of lives by entertaining millions of users.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our partner shelters have a smooth, positive experience with TREAT, from onboarding and communication to daily operations and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shelter communications, including responding to inquiries and coordinating packages for partner shelters and rescues.
  • Consistently follow up with partnered shelters to collect required information and ensure timely updates.
  • Upload and maintain shelter information and profiles on the app.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data on shelter engagement and performance.
  • Coordinate with pet food brands and suppliers for partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shelter-related issues.
  • Identify recurring challenges and propose process improvements.
  • Handle other day-to-day shelter-related tasks as needed.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings for new shelters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading virtual meetings and onboarding sessions.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Must have access to a reliable computer or laptop that meets the requirements for remote work.
  • Genuine love for pets, with personal experience in caring for a dog or cat, or involvement in animal shelters.

Salary and Work hours:

  • $650-$750/monthly
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT (aligned with Israel business hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38, Php44,000.00 per month
