About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organized, people-focused team member who can help us support clients, keep operations running smoothly, and learn our products so you can speak confidently about what we offer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and wants to be part of a company that is growing fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, email, and social channels
  • Learn Vision2Creation's AI and automation products so you can explain them clearly to clients
  • Assist with daily organization: scheduling, document preparation, data tracking, and task management
  • Support onboarding of new clients, answering questions and walking them through our solutions
  • Help with internal coordination as we build out new services and products
  • Work primarily during daytime hours, with occasional nights/weekends when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and good at managing multiple tasks
  • Fast learner who can understand new tools, software, and processes
  • Confident talking to customers and presenting product information
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing, startup environment
  • Basic tech/computer skills (Google Workspace, chat apps, basic software use)

Nice to Have (not required)

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or operations
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or tech products
