We provide high-quality Virtual Assistant support to organizations seeking reliable and skilled administrative, operational, and executive support.

We are building a pool of highly skilled Virtual Assistants ready to be deployed across multiple clients, projects, and industries.

Candidates must have completed high school education as a minimum requirement.

Job Responsibilities

The VA may be assigned to one or multiple clients depending on the project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Managing emails, calendar scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Communication Management: Handling client and team communications professionally via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Project Support: Assisting with task tracking, project updates, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Research & Analysis: Conducting online research, compiling reports, and presenting findings clearly.
  • Customer Support: Responding to client or customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support (optional): Managing social media accounts, creating basic content, and monitoring engagement.
  • Other Duties: As assigned based on client needs, including document formatting, CRM management, and other operational support tasks.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management tools, and accounting software is essential.
  • Availability: Flexible working hours to accommodate our global client base across multiple time zones.
