Part-Time VA – Data Management (Office-Based)

  • Office-based | Start ASAP
  • Monday to Friday (4hrs per day = 20 hours per week)

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our data management tasks. This is an office-based role (not remote), perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and can handle data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, clean, and maintain data records
  • Input and update information in databases or spreadsheets
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or data management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Available to work 20 hours per week (flexible schedule possible)
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
