Sequential TechJob DescriptionAs a CSR Cantonese and Vietnamese Bilingual Speaker for Healthcare account, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse range of clients, a leading provider of call center and customer support solutions. This full-time, on-site position is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive brand experience for our customers. What you'll be doing

Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, providing timely and effective support

Listening to customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner

Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalating feedback to management

Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standardsRequirementsFluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong communication skills in the specified language

Willingness to work on-site in Eastwood City Quezon City PhilippinesFlexibility to work on a night shift schedule
