What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries from Japanese-speaking clients
- Responding to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and communications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for
- With Japanese-speaking- customer service experts, N1/N2 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers)
- At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others
- A team player with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
