Job Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese language: JLPT N1, N2, or N3 (open to both native and non-native speakers)
- English proficiency: B2 CEFR level or above
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role
- Willing to work onsite
