Requirements:
  • Non-native French speakers
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in BPO is an advantage
  • Knowledge in computer applications
  • Financial experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle survey processes
  • Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and project teams
  • Monitor project progress
  • Handle translation, printing, distribution, and return of questionnaires
  • Monitor billing and ensure timely submissions
  • Organize data reports and distribute to appropriate recipients
