Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Bilingual Account) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. In this critical position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries from Japanese-speaking clients
  • Responding to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and communications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • With Japanese-speaking customer service expertise, N1/N2 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers)
  • At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others
  • A team player with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
