About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a talented Japanese Bilingual - Fraud analyst experience - Customer service to join our dynamic team based in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service in Japanese and English
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries and disputes related to fraud or other issues
  • Analyse customer data and transactions to identify patterns and potential fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions and case resolutions
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
  • Japanese-speaking customer experts, N1/N2 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers)
  • At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service or fraud analysis role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with colleagues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
