Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGENTIC and RELIABLE individual for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles.
  2. Liaise with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products.
  3. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  4. Required Language: Bilingual in both French language (proficient in business French) & English (fluent in writing and speaking both languages).
  5. Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, reports, documents, etc.
  6. Provide technical support to end users on game and other game related issues.
  7. Participates and moderates in game forums and blogs and/or active in online communities.
  8. Maintain personal productivity and quality standards towards work.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Candidates who possess a College Degree in a reputable University or equivalent work experience.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Good team player, requiring minimal supervision.
  5. Familiarity with PC and Mobile gaming.
  6. Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on user issues.
  7. Experience in customer support/service (mail and chat support) is a plus but not required.
  8. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
  9. Existing high-speed internet access at home.
  10. Must be willing and flexible to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
