Job Description
You'll play a crucial role in a streamlined sales pipeline, working with warm prospects instead of cold calls. This company generates qualified leads through email marketing, and you'll be the bridge between their marketing efforts and closing team. You'll help scale their operations by taking the lead qualification burden off their overwhelmed sales team, allowing everyone to focus on what they do best. This role offers genuine growth potential as the company expands and may provide opportunities to move into closing roles.
Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads generated through email marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
- Qualify prospects to ensure they're legitimate and ready for the sales process
- Schedule appointments for the company's dedicated closer
- Maintain consistent daily performance within a structured routine
- Manage the opening portion of the sales funnel with clear KPIs
- Communicate directly with US-based customers as their primary contact
- Follow established scripts and processes while building rapport with prospects
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and appointment conversion rates
- 3-5 years of appointment setting experience (must have)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with U.S. customers (required)
- Proven track record in client-facing sales roles
- Bonus if you have digital marketing industry sales experience (opening or closing)
- It helps if you have senior-level expertise with B2B or SaaS sales background
- You bring reliability and commitment to a fixed daily schedule
- You thrive in structured environments with clear performance expectations
