Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to run multi-channel prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and light calling. Your job is to identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and consistently schedule qualified meetings for software development and technical services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern outreach systems, is confident in their communication, and can operate independently without needing intensive training or supervision.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research prospects (CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Managers, Founders) across SaaS, fintech, healthcare tech, and related industries.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and similar tools.
- Understand prospect pain points, business needs, and technical requirements before initiating outreach.
- Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and light calling.
- Send personalized connection requests and targeted messages to spark conversations.
- Consistently book 25–30 qualified meetings per month (6–8 per week).
- Use structured follow-up sequences to nurture warm leads.
- Maintain a credible, professional LinkedIn presence aligned with the company brand.
- Conduct short discovery calls to assess technical needs.
- Position solutions such as custom software development, ERP systems, AI integrations, and staff augmentation.
- Provide pre-call summaries for the technical team and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Align regularly with business development leadership on target industries, messaging, and funnel priorities.
- Update CRM systems and internal trackers daily.
- Submit end-of-day and weekly performance reports.
- 600–800 new LinkedIn connections per week
- 100–150 personalized LinkedIn messages per week
- 50–100 emails per day with structured sequences
- 25–30 qualified meetings per month
- 8–12% combined reply rate across all channels
- 100% accuracy in CRM and reporting
- 2–4 years of proven B2B lead generation or appointment-setting experience in software, SaaS, or IT services.
- Experience engaging U.S. and Canadian clients and working in North American time zones.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong research skills and a consultative communication style.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, and Zoom Phone.
- Must be able to use these tools with minimal to no supervision—the client relies on your expertise to run and optimize the outreach stack.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining personalization and quality.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire outreach engine. Ideal candidates:
- Have experience designing and running full lead generation strategies.
- Are confident working across CRM and outreach systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Zoom Phone) without needing step-by-step guidance.
- Can identify what needs to be done, propose improvements, and execute efficiently.
- Have previously built and optimized large-scale outreach pipelines across LinkedIn, email, and calling.
- Experience booking meetings for software development, offshore teams, or staff augmentation companies.
- An active LinkedIn profile that can be branded under the client's company.
- A long-term commitment mindset (1–2+ years).
