Role Overview

We are looking for a Appointment Setter (Construction Services) to handle warm leads for our construction services clients in the United States. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you'll connect with interested prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our sales specialists. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a results-driven environment while working during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from Facebook campaigns within 2.5 minutes of submission
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects and qualify leads using defined criteria
  • Schedule appointments for sales specialists and ensure smooth hand-offs
  • Follow proven scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone
  • Accurately record call details and lead status in the CRM system
  • Handle overflow cold calls during slower periods
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English — clear accent, confident and professional tone
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone sales
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to follow scripts effectively while personalizing conversations
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
  • Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM systems or lead management tools
  • Background in construction, home services, or B2C sales
  • Familiarity with the US market and customer culture
  • Proven ability to handle warm inbound leads and meet appointment quotas
