Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

What You'll Do

A Warehouse Inbound Section Head manages daily receiving, unloading, and storage operations, leading a team to ensure accurate inventory, efficient space use, and adherence to safety/quality standards, while coordinating with suppliers and other departments for smooth material flow, reporting on metrics, and developing staff for optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Operations Management: Oversee daily inbound activities (unloading, checking, put-away), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and minimal damage.

· Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage bad orders, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records for raw materials and finished goods.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff; create schedules; and monitor performance to meet operational goals.

· Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely deliveries and stock management.

· Process Improvement: Implement 5S principles, optimize layout, and drive efficiency in receiving and storage.

· Compliance & Reporting: Enforce safety (OSHA), quality standards, and generate daily/weekly reports (e.g., EOD, Inventory Accuracy).

What You'll Need

· Must be a College Graduate preferably any business course, any related course to Supply Chain

· With 3 to 5 years' experience in Warehousing

· Team player

· With good communication and interpersonal skills

· With good leadership skills

· Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and etc.)
