Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

6:00 am – 5:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

6:00 am – 3:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect and document incoming materials and dispatches to customers/ other departments.
  • Ensures adherence to inventory control procedures, proper handling and compliance with safety and CGMP across storage areas.
  • Ensures proper stacking, segregation and labeling of goods according to category and storage.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Maintain FEFO/FIFO compliance and report slow moving, damage or expired items.
  • Monitor temperature logs and ensure cold chain integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Supplies areas.

What We Look For

Must be at least a High School Graduate

With experience in warehousing

Capable of handling manual tasks

Basic knowledge of inventory systems/SAP is an advantage

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to coordinate effectively

Can work overtime

Can report to Supervisor any Warehouse concerns
