Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and monitoring stock movements.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity and adherence to SOPs.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety policies and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Logistics teams regarding delivery schedules and stock availability.
  • Monitor warehouse documentation such as delivery receipts, pull-out forms, and inventory logs.
  • Address operational issues, delays, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain confidentiality of warehouse information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least college level in any business, logistics, or related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems, stock management, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when needed.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
