Report to: Assistant Catering Manager, Catering Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory/Organization
  • Managing inventory levels by counting, recording, and organizing stock items. This may involve labeling items and ensuring proper storage practices are followed.
  • Reporting of inventories before and after the event
  • Reporting of breakages after the event
  • Cleanliness/Maintenance
  • Ensure that stock areas, including shelves and storage spaces, are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Inspect and maintain catering materials and equipment, ensuring they are in good/working condition and reporting any issues to supervisors
  • Ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly stored
  • Ingress/Egress duties
  • Assist in catering service operations by arranging what the ACM and CM needs, with the assistance of delivery helpers
  • Responsible for requesting delivery helpers to assist in the operation
  • Bringing and checking of catering equipment to the venue based on the need of the event
  • Bringing and checking it back to the warehouse making sure that it is properly washed and stocked
  • General duties
  • Attend and contribute to team in regular coordination meetings
  • Responsible for tracking uniform issuance and ensuring timely return upon employee separation and/or prior the pay-out of on-calls

Quality and skills:

  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial records.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
