Duties and Responsibilities

Order Processing:

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Tagging and Preparation:

  • Tag and prepare items for shipping, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Verify that orders are complete and meet quality standards before dispatch.

Dispatch:

  • Prepare and dispatch shipments according to delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery.

Returns and Pull Out:

  • Manage the return of items, ensuring accurate processing and updating inventory.
  • Handle the pullout of defective or damaged products and coordinate their return to suppliers.

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Update inventory records in the system and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure efficient operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warehouse activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on order processing, inventory levels, and returns.

Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices.
  • Promote a safe working environment and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
