About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pioneer Local Account | Call Center (Virtual Process Only) to join the team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This full-time role will be based in Makati City and will involve providing exceptional customer service through a virtual call centre process.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, friendly and efficient support
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contributing to process improvements
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements
  6. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and provide mutual support

What We're Looking For

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to perform job duties
  5. A positive, adaptable and resilient mindset, with the flexibility to thrive in a virtual work environment
