Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivers actual sales based on targets, inclusive of initial contract through eventual presentation on site.
  • Regularly review and improve the sales approach by way of analyzing the effectiveness of its current sales process, conducting research of its target market, validating and implementing the efficiency of the administrative services and implementing guidelines, systems and procedures.
  • Continuously updates and supports the head of the department, with sales issues from simple to complex and potential accounts.
  • Negotiate with clients for group accident, group life, group critical illness and worksite marketing business to arrive at win-win solutions.
  • Pre-underwrites group accounts, calculates premiums and prepares proposals, if necessary.
  • Services accounts leveraging on prompt and efficient after sales service.
  • Provides relevant data and recommends necessary changes to ensure that products and services are competitive and simplified for all concerned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course (Business Management or Marketing is an advantage).
  • With 2 years' relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance & healthcare industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proven sales track record
  • With keen attention to details
  • Collaborative, agile and resourceful
