Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Collection: Contacting debtors via telephone to recover overdue payments.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Engaging in conversations with debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with customers while addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to their accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Updating customer information, recording payment details, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
  • Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all collection activities.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieving or exceeding set targets for debt recovery and collection efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for clear, concise, and persuasive interactions with debtors.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service while handling sensitive situations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to customer accounts and payment difficulties.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and using collection software.
  • Stress Management: Maintaining composure and professionalism when dealing with challenging or emotional situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least a Senior high school level

Preferably with experienced in handling accounts from local banks and Legal Financial Institutions

1 DAY PROCESS ONLY.. We offer minimum wage plus monthly unlimited commission and cash incentives. We also have an option of Comm-Based Plus Commission, also Pure Comm-based plus Collection percentage Tele Collectors.
