Job Purpose

The Implementation Consultant at Proactis is responsible for delivering and supporting customer implementations across the Proactis Source-to-Pay suite of modules, including Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Marketplace, Purchase-to-Pay, Accounts Payable Automation, Invoice Capture, and Spend Analytics. This role ensures successful configuration, training, testing, and go-live of customer projects, serving as a primary contact for both customer teams and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Proactis Source-to-Pay modules based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment to best practice and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, customer training sessions, and project delivery activities to maximise engagement and user adoption.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and guide customers through go-live and post-deployment phases, resolving issues effectively within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including configuration records, training materials, and change logs.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and collaborate with other teams (Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product Management) to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and deviations from project plans.
  • Adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, escalating risks and managing changes via appropriate forums.
