Your role in a nutshell:

As an Oracle NetSuite ERP Functional Consultant, your role will be pivotal in implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite solutions to enhance our clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will be the key liaison between our customers and our development team, ensuring we deliver tailored solutions that fit their business needs.

What you will do in this role:

  • Project Management: Lead ERP NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish. This includes project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement analysis and business process mapping with clients. Translate business needs and processes into system requirements.
  • System Configuration & Design: Configure the NetSuite application to meet client's requirements. Develop solution design and contribute to project deliverables to ensure solution meets requirements.
  • Testing: Conduct in-depth tests and quality checks to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements and is fit for use.
  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions, create user manuals, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

What you will bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Your experience in successful ERP implementations, particularly with Oracle NetSuite – at least 5 years
  • Your experience in a consulting environment, preferably within the Philippines and other countries.
  • Your strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and business process issues.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Your ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Your in-depth technical understanding and business first mindset
  • Your ability to build and maintain good in relationship
  • Your ability to work and fit in a team
  • Your experience in using MS Office products and other tools for documentation and presentations
