Your Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges. Conduct detailed consultations to gather requirements for SAP Business One implementation or optimization.
• Design SAP Business One solutions tailored to the client's needs and requirements. This involves configuring the system, defining workflows, and customizing modules to align with business processes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for SAP Business One implementation projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Configure SAP Business One modules, settings, and parameters based on the client's requirements and solution design. This includes setting up master data, defining user roles, and configuring system integrations.
• Develop customizations and enhancements within SAP Business One using the Software Development Kit (SDK) or other development tools. This may include creating custom reports, forms, or workflows to address specific business needs.
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems to SAP Business One. Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transferred to the new system.
• Provide training to end-users, administrators, and IT staff on how to use and maintain SAP Business One.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the system.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP Business One configurations and customizations to ensure they meet the client's requirements and are free of defects. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Document customizations, configurations, and workflows to facilitate system understanding and support.
• Provide support during the go-live phase of SAP Business One implementations. Assist with system cutover, user training, and addressing any issues that arise during the transition to the new system.
• Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients after SAP Business One implementation. Address user questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on system maintenance and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on SAP Business One best practices and recommending solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Stay updated on SAP Business One updates, features, and best practices. Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement to enhance client satisfaction and system performance.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Conduct preliminary assessments to determine the feasibility of SAP Business One as a solution for their needs.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of SAP Business One capabilities tailored to the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Showcase key features, functionalities, and benefits to address their business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis sessions with potential clients to identify pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that address these needs effectively

What We're Looking For

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, IT, or any business-related course
• CPA License is not required but a plus.
• 3-5 years experience in SAP Business One, NetSuite, Oracle, or any ERP system
• SAP Business One certification is a plus factor.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
