Job SummaryThe role provides comprehensive administrative and project support, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, project setup, financial data entry, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years experience in administrative/project coordination roles supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., Vision).
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information.
- Typing speed of 70 WPM / 98% accuracy.
- Positive, proactive attitude with commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodations, training).
- Support project initiation, setup, reviews, and reporting in Vision system.
- Handle data entry, financial forecasting, timesheets, expense, and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain and update databases (Vision, CVs, client contacts, training records, marketing campaigns).
- Conduct client and market research, manage feedback forms, and assist with proposal and audit documentation.
- Oversee resource planning, leave tracking, and project delivery checklists.
- Supervise and support the offshore team, delegate tasks, and identify training needs.
- Ensure professional communication, timely reporting, and process improvements.
