Brosnep Corp. is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative and clerical support to various departments.
What You'll Be Doing
• Provide general administrative support and maintain office facilities
• Assist internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks
• Handle client, supplier, and government inquiries professionally
• File, organize, and maintain company records and documents
• Perform fieldwork and coordinate with external partners when necessary
• Support management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Willing to do fieldwork when required
• Willing to work onsite in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati
• Available to start immediately
