Job Descriptions:
- Research potential vendors
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase orders, and payments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiable contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review the quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Experience in the Construction industry is a plus.
- With good knowledge in using EXCEL.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must posses Bachelor's or College Degree in any field (Engineering degree preferred).
- With at least 1 to 2 years of purchasing experience.
- Preferably with experience purchase different equipment specs.
- With strong negotiable skills
- Resourceful
- Trustworthy
- Must be organized
- Computer literate.
