What you'll do:
As an Order Support/Purchasing Team Lead, you will be the contact point for all the order support administrators. You will be directly reporting to the National Order Support Manager. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You must also have the ability to understand and communicate both Australian and Philippine cultures so that both teams can support each other better.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Action Check Report in line with the Standard Operating Procedure of the Order Support team.
- Performs internal correspondence and actioning ad-hoc admin tasks as required with minimal errors.
- Implement and follow all policies and procedures.
Successful candidates must have:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in any course.
- At least 2 - 3 years of related working experience as a Team Lead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
- Has initiative and discretion to lead the team
- Strong "outside the box" thinking
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: On-site
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
