Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Data Analytics Specialist, based on-site in Pasig and Cabuyao, Laguna.
The HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, collating, analyzing, and interpreting workforce-related data and other related data to provide actionable insights that support HR strategy and organizational decision-making. This role focuses on data such as recruitment efficiency, employee turnover, employee engagement, learning and development impact, and workforce planning, among others.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of HR processes, enabling them to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or related HR data and reporting roles.
  • Experience working with HRIS and talent management systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus, but not a must.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or advanced Excel)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
