We are looking for a Go High Level Specialist to help streamline, automate, and optimize our clients' marketing and operational workflows. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building systems, solving tech challenges, and creating efficient, visually appealing funnels and automations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Facebook Ads for clients using Ads Manager or integrated tools.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for clients.
  • Design and implement optimized workflows using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
  • Provide technical support for white-labeled GoHighLevel SaaS environments.
  • Host daily live tech support calls (1 hour per day) to assist clients with troubleshooting and setup guidance.
  • Manage the client support ticket system, ensuring quick and accurate resolution.
  • Deliver "Done for You" GHL services including funnel creation, automations, and campaign setup.
  • Build and edit funnels, templates, and automations to align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Implement advanced automations and integrations to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Refine and test automation workflows to ensure smooth performance ("automation tweaking").
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement optimized solutions.
  • Send and manage email campaigns through GoHighLevel.

Experience and Proficiency

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); neutral accent acceptable.
  • Must have prior GoHighLevel setup and management experience
  • Skilled in Facebook Ads setup and optimization.
  • Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Experience with or similar project management tools is a strong advantage.
  • Must be tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot and build automations confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
