About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., a Business Process Analyst serves as the efficiency architect within the organization. Their essence lies in applying systematic, data-driven, and process-oriented approaches to optimize how projects, operations, and support functions are executed.

What you'll do

  • Conduct meetings and site observations with different stakeholders and participants in various parts of operational processes to gather information on existing processes, and challenges and to determine what the stakeholders want to achieve.
  • Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification.
  • Organize data through process mapping and flowcharting
  • Analyze operating data and statistics to identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes, policies, personnel, equipment, or tools.
  • Benchmark important/specific outputs
  • Create high-level and detailed estimates of the effort involved in the assigned department or procedure
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned department's tasks, responsibilities, structure, and outputs
  • Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently
  • Find and recommend solutions to address challenges and gaps identified from the analysis sage
  • Present findings and recommendations to heads and senior management
  • Design and test process upgrades and new process systems
  • Design, simulate and test the tools included in the new process
  • Develop process documents/manuals for assigned departments or procedure

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of related working experience
  • Has experience in business process mapping, producing, and implementing Process Manuals and flow charts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
